You Are How You Eat

You Are How You Eat: An Exploration of our Edible Identities is an essay is in three parts: Ingredients, Cutlery and The Meal. In it I discuss the connection between our identities and not only the food we eat, but more importantly how we eat it: alone or together, with a fork or with our hands, at a table or on the floor.

The dissertation is published in the style of a classic cookbook. At the back of the book, the reader can find recipes for some of the dishes mentioned in the text throughout, allowing them to cook along. The durable back cover contains a useful conversion table for quick referencing while cooking.
